Description

Handcrafted Vinegar made from 100% Hawkes Bay Chardonnay.

This incredible vinegar is hand crafted from Hawkes Bay Chardonnay. As the wine, the vinegar has the characteristic flavour notes of the Hawkes Bay region which are distinctive citrus and ripe stone-fruit flavours. Really fruity and refreshing flavours round the vinegar off.

This outstanding vinegar is very versatile. Not only absolutely amazing in vinaigrettes, but fantastic for marinating white meat, fish and vegetables for longer periods of time. Pickling fruit and vegetables with this vinegar gives very good results. This vinegar lifts dishes with lentils, beans and green beans. Perfectly paired with olive oil or pumpkin seed oil.
