Any products that is deemed faulty will need to be sent back, or reasonable explanation given, proof may be requested, as to why product is deemed faulty. Flour and Dough products have been tested by numerous bakers and numerous ovens, please use your discretion based on your oven. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for a change of mind.
