Merchant Terms
Merchant Accounts
- To sell through our platform, vendors must create an account and provide accurate business information. Merchants are responsible for maintaining, and security of their account.
- Merchants are solely responsible for any activity that takes place on your account, and it is crucial that you keep your account password secure. FoodFest.shop cannot be held liable for any unauthorised activity on your account. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately and take the necessary steps to secure your account.
Product responsibility
- Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their product listings, descriptions, pricing, stock quantities, and any other information provided on our platform.
- Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, and completeness of shipping fees.
- Merchants are solely responsible for updating stock quantities.
- Merchants are solely responsible for the quality of their product images. Imaged found to be sub-standard will be pointed out, and need to be replaced.
- Merchants need to ensure only products considered gourmet in presentation/ taste. and ingredients are listed.
Merchant Policies
- Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to their products and services. Merchants are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and approvals.
Order Processing and Fulfilment
- Merchants are responsible for processing and fulfilling orders placed through our platform in a timely and professional manner, in accordance with their stated policies and applicable laws.
- Merchants are solely responsible for managing refunds, and products returns.
Customer Support
- Merchants are responsible for providing customer support and addressing any issues or complaints related to their products or services.
Point of Difference
- Bulk discount offered for 2 or more are standard.
- Setting a minimum/maximum quantity per product is available, and at the Merchant’s discretion and use.
Approval of Merchants and Products
- Al Merchants applications need to be approved by FoodFeast.shop
- All products listed will be check, and any products considered not gourmet in presentation/ taste, or ingredients will be removed.
Fees and Payments
- It is FREE to signup – no administrative fees apply.
- There is NO monthly or annual fees.
- A 12.5% commission, is charged on all successful sales.
- Merchant payment is available after successful completion of orders.
- Payment withdrawal requests can be logged after successful completion of orders.
- Transaction cost (if any) will be on-charged to the merchant.
- Payment gateway fees will be shared by FoodFest.shop and the Merchant as per percentage earned.
- (We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice).
The platform
- We cannot guarantee the Platform continuous availability, or up-time at all times. Maintenance to the Platform will be done when needed, and without prior notice.

- Our platform acts as a marketplace to connect buyers and sellers. We do not control or endorse the products or services offered by merchants. Information about products on our platform is based on material provided by merchants. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by vendors.
