Our Basil Mustard is a whole grain mustard with a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds. The sweetness of the fresh basil combined with the spiciness of the mustard seeds – a marriage of flavours made in heaven.
The addition of our Kawakawa Vinegar makes this mustard extra special.
This sweet and spicy mustard is nice with a variety of cold cuts. Beautiful in sandwiches with ham or meats. Use in vinaigrettes and dressings, especially for pasta salads. A must on antipasto platters with fresh or sun dried tomatoes.
