Our Organic Citrus Bergamot Earl Grey uses 30% WHOLE CITRUS BERGAMOT, rather than flavouring which has a more noticeable positive effect on wellbeing.  The aroma and flavour is also more pronounced and refreshing in real Bergamot pieces.

Perfect for Autophagy to support reverse ageing. Can reduce inflammation, has been shown to assist with respiratory and lung conditions. High in Antioxidants, supports heart health, has been known to reduce cholesterol and boosts immunity against cold, flu and viruses.

Brewing Instructions: 95°C  | 1 tsp per 250mls. Infuse 5-10 minutes | Enjoy 1 – 2 refills. Brew with Green tea,  a cinnamon stick and a spoonful of coconut or MCT oil to make “Autophatea”. Makes a great iced tea and can be used to make a refreshing Kombucha.
